Lecture/Vortrag

There are many ways of describing a medical curriculum, and most commonly this is in terms of the formal syllabus, which will cover knowledge and skills. These are essential, of course, but a medical programme is also about helping people to develop into medical practitioners. In this lecture we will look at several methods for ensuring that the hidden curriculum is delivered, and perhaps most importantly the ways that we can ensure that the actual hidden curriculum is the one we would like it to be!
