Main Objective: The main objective is to contribute to the comparison of the autogenous sculpture effigy bones with allografts in terms of economic cost.
Introduction: I present sculptured effigy bones of malleus, incus, and stapes for the single partial ortotal reconstruction of the ossicular chain in cases of destruction, absence, deformed and fractured ossicles. The new sculptured effigy bones are very close to normal ossicles in shape, form and dimensions.
Advantages: Experimental studies have confirmed an non immune respond to autograft bone. The zero cost of autogenous bone implant.
Disadvantages: Possible absorption. Extension of the surgical time.
Methods: The applications can use in cases such of one or two stage in onlay technique a tympanoplasty- mastoidectomy in ICW or CWD with conditions no residual disease in the middle ear. The placement single or in total en block of the bone grafting ossicles in the middle ear. The implants prosthesis malleus- incus- stapes can be restored use en block to the oval window, right and left. Autogenous implants prosthesis malleus-incus en block to the head of intact and mobile stapes. Autogenous implant prosthesis incus right and left. Autogenous implant prosthesis stapes.
Conclusions: The new ossicular chain can achieve or maintain normal the mechanism of the transmissions of the sound.
