Ocular trauma is one of the leading cause of ocular morbidity. Severe ocular trauma can lead to disorganised globe with prolapse and loss of intraocular contents. Prompt and meticulous surgical intervention can help in restoring not only anatomical integrity but also help in getting amubulatory vision for the patient. The video will highlight surgical repair of one such badly traumatized eye which had presented with no perception of light with near total loss of intraocular contents.
