Different studies describe an effect of mindfulness-or activity-based interventions in coping with COVID-19 symptoms. Meditation and activity can promote not only health in general but also mental health such as anxiety and depression. Eurythmy Therapy (EYT) offers movement meditations which combine mindfulness and activity aspects. First indications of efficacy of EYT in COVID-19 symptoms were shown. Therefore, EYT movement meditations might be suitable addressing COVID-19 symptoms. This work shows which experiences experts had in EYT.
