The concept of life quality as a fitness and health oriented theme is nourished by the basic motivation to be in motion, to be active and to sense that your body can hold on to basic competences. But in Danish research it is a sweeping conclusion that seniors find little attraction towards the movement traditions of of sportive dicipline, stress and competitiveness. Instead seniors are attracted towards a new cultural wave, - namely the revival of play. Here they find a reliefing basis for physiological profylaxe and social networking in movement qualities of play, dance, joyousness and humour.

The purpose of this workshop is basicly to experience through praxis exemplification. The workshop is easy to join for everyone.Just turn up in your normal clothing and be ready for an untraditional workshop of a great variety between brief speeches, social dances and songs, circus and play, discussions and evaluations. Accordingly you will encounter a variety of forms and methods. And you will definitely throughout the workshop be able to reach out for that major expression of life which is confirmed by scientists from all over the world to be the most important in order to retain health and life quality: The good old life prolonging LAUGH.
