Outline

Text

Purpose: Comparison and repeatability of the new Scheimpflug Analyzer with wavefront and objective refraction (Pentacam AXL Wave) to three known devices the wavefront and corneal topographer (iTrace) and anterior segment tomographer (Pentacam AXL) and biometer (IOL Master 700) in patients with healthy eyes, cataract and keratoconus regarding numerus measurement values.

Design: Prospective clinical trail

Methods: Patients with healthy eyes, cataract and keratoconus were measured by the iTrace (Tracey Technologies, USA), Pentacam AXL and Pentacam AXl Wave (Oculus, Germany) and the IOL Master 700 (Zeiss, Germany). The following parameters were analyzed: Axial length, corneal curvature, corneal astigmatism, central corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth, White-to-White distance, subjective refraction, low- and high order aberrations.

Results: Data is currently being collected.

Conclusion: The difference and outcome will be evaluated.
