In dieser Demonstration zeigen wir eine simultane Cataract-OP mit Implantation einer modifizierten IOL nach Trindade (Fa. Morcher) in den Sulkus ciliaris zur Behebung von binokularer Diplopie nach intrakranieller Tumorresektion.
