Cataract surgery is becoming more a refractive surgery. Patients expect perfect results i.e. excellent uncorrected vision. A special attention for IOL power calculation and implantation of the proper IOL is needed. In this presentation we will review typical measurement and IOL power calculation errors which should be avoided for best possible result and patient satisfaction.
