Introduction: We present a sequence of the first transumbilical single incision laparoscopic pancreas procedures performed at our Department

Materials and methods: In six patients tumor resction was carried out following technical principles of tumor enucleation (2 patients), spleen preseving pancreatic tail resection (2 patients) and oncologic en-bloc resection of the pancreatic tail, spleen and corresponding lymph nodes

Conclusion: Tricks and pit-falls are demonstrated
