Questions: Does video consultation really helps for improving in communicational skills among medical students and residents of Family medicine? Do the educators in Family medicine use this method in their work practice?

Method: The education consist theoretical part for consultation using Calgari-Cambridge model and practical part which take place during working with real patients in the clinic of the educator in family medicine.

Results: Using this method leads for improving communication between doctor and patient relation and makes better quality of care for patients.

Discussion: Family doctors are needed, a new work force is required, the stereotypes of the common practice are necessary to leave, as less stimulating, exciting from the other medical professions. Although video consultation is already implemented as a teaching method for improving communication skills between doctor-patient relation, not all of the educators in Family Medicine are using it.
