Objective: Establish a correlation between nonspecific wristpain and smartphone use.

Materials and Methods: Intervention Smartphone Addiction scale, Prwre

Comparison: similar group without complaints

Results: Expected outcome; Lower SAS score = less or none nonspecific wristpain

Conclusions: With the increasing use of smartphones. We also tend to see an increase in patients with nonspecific wirstpain. A lot of these patients enter the practice with their phone in their hand. Becausse of their apparent addiction these patients seem harder to motivate to complete the wrist training protocol witch in time can cause chronic complaints. Therefore it seems important to make the patient aware of their addiction and educate them on the safe use of their device.
