Objectives: In period from 2000 till 2015 we follow up 180 sportsmen who has had shoulder injuries, anterior shoulder instability, after dislocation. There were overhaed sportssmens-tennis player, waterpolo player, handball player, volayball player.

Methods: We perform arthroscopic anteroinferior stabillisation (Bankart operation)with bioabsorbable anchors. After rehabilitation we measured whole range of motion, especially external rotation in abduction, because this motion is extremely important for that kind of sports.

Results and Conclusion: We perform examination and measure after 5,10 and 15 years, postoperatively.

For statistic analysis we take standard deviation of specific parameters,Levene's test homogeneity variations. For definitive results we perform Kruskal-Wallis test or Fridman variation analysis.

In conclusion of this paper we discover that loss of external rotation in shoulder abduction after 5,10 and 15 years does not have statistically significant different. The first degree of statistically significance was at p<0,05 level.
