A wearable device: It’s a hands-free computer that can be used while walking, driving or working. It allows users to take pictures and videos, record exams, connect to the internet, get maps and directions, open or join Google hangouts, send texts and contact users.

Google Glass in ophthalmology: It’s good for doctors visiting patients and similar related uses, storing and sendig exams, a range of different uses in the operating room, counsulting manuals (Phaco, etc.), reading books and articles dedicated to ophthalmology and related problems.

Today wearable devices can be an efficient way to allow doctors to improve their professional knowledge and clinical outcomes.
