Dear Colleagues,
it is our pleasure to invite you to the Annual Meeting of the German Medical Library Association (Arbeitsgemeinschaft für medizinisches Bibliothekswesen e. V.) 2023, themed: “AGMB 2023: Future – now more than ever”.
This year, the conference will take place in Bonn at the Hörsaalzentrum Poppelsdorf. In addition to the statutory general meeting, including the election of a new board, there will again be interesting technical presentations, short lectures and workshops. In the meeting points and working groups, you will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss various topics and take many new ideas for your library with you. The focus will be on topics such as open access, evidence-based medicine and public relations.
The poster session “From Practice for Practice” will provide an overview of current topics and projects in medical libraries.
Between the lectures, the companies will have the opportunity to present their products. Furthermore, there will be an accompanying exhibition.
On Monday as well as on Tuesday, we will come together for social gatherings and dinners. On Monday we will meet at the library of the BfArM, while on Tuesday evening, the dinner will be held at the Poppelsdorfer Schloss and the botanical garden.
