Call for papers: Special issue "Focusing on Patients: Progress in the final occupational exams in the health professions" by GMS Journal for Medical Education
In recent years, the integration of a consistent focus on patients and their needs in the educational pathways in the health professions has received national and international attention from academia and the public. This development is also reflected in the content of state and final exams.
Authors are invited to submit articles for a special issue of the GMS Journal for Medical Education on the topic "Focusing on Patients: Progress in the final occupational exams in the health professions".
Welcome are original papers, short papers, project reports, overviews, descriptions and discussions of current approaches and solutions for integrating a large degree of patient-centeredness in the qualifying occupational exams.
Manuscripts can be submitted in German or English. If a paper is accepted, it will need to be translated into the other language for bilingual publication.
The submission deadline is 30 April 2020. Please note the GMS Journal for Medical Education authors’ guidelines and indicate the special issue’s title when submitting your paper.
