German Congress of Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery 2018: Abstracts published with GMS
This year’s DKOU (Deutscher Kongress für Orthopaedie und Unfallchirurgie) was themed "We are O&T" and took place from 23 to 26 October 2018 in Berlin. It comprised the 104th Annual Conference of the German Society of Orthopaedics and Orthopaedic Surgery (DGOOC), the 82nd Annual Conference of the German Trauma Society (DGU), as well as the 59th Annual Conference of the Professional Association of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (BVOU).
More than 11.000 orthopaedic surgeons, trauma surgeons, orthopaedic technicians, medical staff, nurses and physiotherapists attended. Renowned cooperation partners supported the inter-disciplinary and inter-professional exchange. Along with the host country UK, international lectures were presented in English.
