Figure 1: In vivo MPLSM maximum intensity projections (MIPs) of S24 and P3XX GBMSCs growing in the mouse brain over 28 days progressively infiltrating into the normal brain; Over time they increasingly produce long intratumoral protrusions. GFP expression is quantified for each cell, its loss is a readout for cellular division (H2B-Gfp-Tet-off).
