At two timepoints during an online-only histology course, one cohort of third semester medical students passed both a 9-point eye-tracking calibration and a 4-point test for eye-tracking accuracy. Afterward, they were instructed to identify 6 histological slides each (slide identification task). The test score, view time and several eye movements were recorded. Data were preprocessed and analyzed.
