The different colors represent the levels of evidence. For some drugs no PharmGKB annotation exists (e.g. Levothyroxine). Whereas for Aspirin, 73 annotations are found, but most of them have a level of evidence of 3 or 4, so they do not count as significant for a medication check. The number of annotations varies strongly between the drugs.
