Left two columns: The drugs and their pharmacogenetic variants with level of evidence 1 or 2. Right two columns: The frequencies of the variants in the European population and the corresponding phenotypes that appear with an increased likelihood. The frequencies were collected from three different sources [12], [13], [11]. Some gene variant frequencies are listed as zero because they are considered rare (with a frequency of <1%) and are therefore either not reported or reported as a zero frequency [12].
