Third GMS journal in PubMed Central and PubMed
Recently, another GMS journal has made it into PubMed Central (PMC). You may access the full texts of all English-language articles of "GMS Krankenhaushygiene Interdisziplinär" via PMC. We will deposit all future English articles of the journal in PMC soon after publication.
The side effect of PMC is the retrievability of deposited articles via MEDLINE-Direct at DIMDI and PubMed (direct link to "GMS Krankenhaushygiene Interdisziplinär" in PubMed. The visibility of the journal will thus be considerably increased.
"GMS Krankenhaushygiene Interdisziplinär" is a peer-reviewed international e-journal published by the German Society of Hospital Hygiene. The journal is designed to foster both understanding and practice in the emerging field of infection control.
PubMed Central is a free digital archive of biomedical and life sciences journal literature at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), developed and managed by the National Library of Medicine (NLM).
We are preparing the incorporation of more GMS journals in PubMed Central.
