Objective: To observe the curative effect of focused ultrasound treatment for allergic rhinitis.

Methods: Use CZB ultrasonic rhinitis therapeutic equipment to treat 119 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis under nasal endoscopy, treatment parts are inferior turbinate, nasal septum nodules, the upper part of nasal septum and nasal ridge. According to “Treatment principles and recommended solutions of allergic rhinitis” on Lanzhou Conference in 2004, use the integration method to assess its efficacy.

Results: Assess the curative effect during the postoperation 12 months, significant efficiency is 91.6% (109, 119), efficiency is 6.7% (8, 119), the inefficiency is 1.7% (2, 119), total efficiency is 98.3% (107, 119).

Conclusion: Focused ultrasound treatment has significant short-term effect on allergic rhinitis, has no adverse reactions, no significant complications, and has high security. As a new clinical treatment for allergic rhinitis, it is worth trying, especially effective on the treatment for nasal polyps.
