Lecture/Vortrag

The valid and reliable assessment of clinical competence (e.g. in an OSCE) is a challenge when ressources are limited. The presentation focuses on strategies to solve this "low budget / low reliability" dilemma in observational assessments based on new developments in performance assessment like sequential testing, knowledge on skills exams and/or programmatic assessment.
