Lecture/Vortrag

Although, in many respects, teaching is its own reward, it is reasonable that those involved in it are given due recognition for the care, skill and energy they devote to it. In the talk I will discuss local (Liverpool) and national (UK) systems that have been developed, and we will discuss the elements of the systems and the possibilities of transferring them to other contexts. In particular we will talk about the Professional Standards that have been derived by the UK Academy of Medical Educators.
