Workshop/Arbeitstreffen

Workshop in English or German – depending on audience preference Leadership – the art of being an inspiring team leader – is gaining more and more importance, not only in management sciences but also in medicine. Doctors on every level, from the first training posts up to the high ranks will have to direct, supervise and motivate teams, be it nursing staff, students, other doctors or even hospital managers. How can we introduce these essential skills in medical education early on and train future doctors to be effective team leaders? This will be the issue of the workshop led by Doz. Dr. Stephan Golaszewski and Dr. Klaus-Dieter Kieslinger, clinical teachers at the Paracelsus Private Medical University Salzburg.
