Interplast Germany, a nongovernment, non-profit organization working in many developing countries including India with aim of providing high quality safe reconstructive procedures, In association with Interplast for last 8 years in Pasam Hospital, Kodaikanal (Tamilnadu), the exepertise in reconstructive plastic surgery which is a relatively advanced surgical care with a disabled burn victim or cosmetically depressed patient who can regain his or her physical abilities and become self dependent and a contributing member of community again. The goals should be set and multifaceted approach should begin on either ends by Germany & India to expand the surgical burn work to increase the number of beneficiary patients who receive care and to improve the quality of care they receive.
