Figure 2: 15dPGJ2-mediated regulation of miRNA precursor
THP-1 cells were differentiated into macrophages and incubated with different compounds as indicated for 24 h. Expression of the miRNA precursor is dose-dependently up-regulated by 15dPGJ2 (A). Neither p38/MAPK inhibitor SB203580 (B) nor PPARγ agonist rosiglitazone (C) influenced miRNA precursor expression. Phosphatase inhibitor calyculin A induced dose-dependently expression of the miRNA precursor (D).
