Figure 1: Antagonism of the relaxant effect of resveratrol by a K+ channel inhibitors in ret renal artery. Concentration-response curves for resveratrol in the absence and presence of: 4-amynopiridine, charybdotoxin, and margatoxin. Arteries were contracted with phenylephrine (10 µM). Responses are expressed as a percentage of the maximum possible relaxation, i.e., the return of tension to the pre-phenylephrine level. Each point represents the mean ± SEM (n=5–10).
