Fig. 2 shows the percentage of prevalent FE patients who received one AED (monotherapy) or a therapy with >1 AED. Please note that this is based on an observation of AED prescriptions for each respective calendar year. So, monotherapy required that only one AED was prescribed throughout the whole observed calendar year.
