Values are presented as minimum, 25%-percentile, median, 75%-percentile and maximum (box and whiskers graph with the box representing the interquartile range; from [4], adapted from [7], [37]). During irradiation with wIRA(+VIS), the tissue oxygen partial pressure rose markedly by more than 30% and the tissue temperature rose markedly by approximately 2.7°C, whereas both variables remained unchanged in the control group.
