Figure 3: Cytotoxic activity of PBLs, LAK cells and CIK cells against leukemic blasts from one patient with AML (patient 2)
The distinct effector cells were generated from healthy donors according to the protocols described in “Materials and methods”. Lysis was measured by an LDH-release assay. PBLs were used on day 1, LAK cells on day 6 of culture, CIK cells had been grown for 14 d. Results represent the mean of three independent experiments (SEM <20% of the mean).
