Abstract

We present a case of a patient affected of human papilloma virus and condyloma in the genital area who came in our Praxis with nasal condyloma.

A 23 year old patient was examined due to nasal obstruction. The rhinoscopic examination revealed a lesion on the nasal septum, which was resected. The lesion was completely removed and cautherised. Histological examination demonstrated that koilocytes were common in the upper layers. 2 months later the patient came with a lesion on another area in the nose, which was once more removed.

Such patients should always be treated with a surgical removal and cautherisation.
