This is a case presentation about 40 years old male with no complains, who performed his first routine MRI examination of head with 3 Tesla and suspicion for the aneurism of left ACA was raised. Follow up MRI examination was performed three years later with1.5 T and aneurism was suspected again. In the next examination he performed after two years, patient performed CTA of head arteries (MSCT 256 slices -double sources) and fenestration of ACA has been confirmed.
